These Terms of Use apply when you view or use our site, nationalbarberboards.com. If you disagree with any part of these conditions then you may not access the Service.

The National Association of Barber Boards (NABBA) respects and makes every effort to protect the privacy of its users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.
Using the Site
NABBA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for the purposes of interacting with NABBA, and to get information about our upcoming events.
Accessing the site means you agree to the following:
- To use the site in a manner consistent with applicable law
- You will not attempt to access or tamper with any non-public part of the site
- You will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
Conferences
NABBA hosts a 5-day annual conference during the third week of September. We also host a mid-year conference, which is a 3-day meeting led by the NABBA Executive Board officers that is open to past presidents and committee chairpersons.
Memberships
NABBA Memberships are for the calendar year. Annual Membership Renewal forms are sent out by January 31st. Membership dues are due by June 30th of each year unless otherwise arranged with the NABBA CEO.
Payments
Member and Conference payments may be made by check or by using our online payment gateway.
Cancellation
Conference registration may be canceled 30 days prior to the conference. Credit cards fees will be deducted from your refund. Membership cancellations are handled on an individual basis. You should contact the President or Treasurer.
Access
NABBA may discontinue, suspend, terminate or block access to this Service at any time at its sole discretion.
Applicable Law
Use of this site is an agreement between the user and NABBA. Users agree any disputes will be handled using applicable Florida law.
Disclaimers
Using the site is at your sole risk. We provide the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we expressly disclaim all express or implied warranties of all kinds, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
NABBA will not be liable to you or to any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use of this site.
